This User Agreement governs your use of SuperPDF and its PDF processing services available at https://www.superpdf.top.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this User Agreement.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• By using SuperPDF, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SuperPDF to upload, process, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Uses copyrighted material without authorization
• Impersonates individuals or misrepresents identity
• Contains harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Violates privacy or publicity rights of others
• Promotes illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

User Uploaded Content

SuperPDF provides tools for processing, converting, compressing, editing, and managing PDF files and documents.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload
• You must have the legal rights to upload and process your documents
• Processed document results may vary depending on file quality and formatting

SuperPDF does not review all uploaded or processed content

SuperPDF is not responsible for user uploaded materials.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original files and content you upload.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement:

• You may use processed documents for lawful personal or commercial purposes
• You may not use the platform to violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal protections

SuperPDF retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology, software, and website functionality.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring compliance with this Agreement

Unauthorized or abusive activity may result in suspension or termination.

Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Bypass usage limits or subscription controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the system
• Interfere with platform performance or security

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
• Create legal or security risks

Termination does not remove any payment obligations already incurred.
